1. Postage paid is not refundable, and you are responsible for sending the products back at your own expense ( unless the products are faulted )
2. Due to hygiene reasons, for lingerie products (especially underpants), only faulted items are qualified for return/refund/exchange.
Refund and shipping fee
- We charge $15 admin fee for refund or exchange. ( No admin fee if products are faulty)
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. ( We do not charge shipping fee to send you a replacement due to a faulty product)
Upon receiving your returned products, we will inspect them. If you have returned products that are already worn, we cannot process your refund. The products will be returned to you by the most economical means of transport to the original shipping address.
