1. Postage paid is not refundable, and you are responsible for sending the products back at your own expense ( unless the products are faulted )
2. Due to hygiene reasons, for lingerie products (especially underpants), only faulted items are qualified for return/refund/exchange.
Refund and shipping fee
- We don’t charge admin fee for refund or exchange
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Based on the value of your order and where the products were originally shipped to, the following rules will apply when processing your refund.
- Within Australia – Orders under A$150. Free return
- Within Australia – Orders over A$150. A$15 will be deducted from the refund to cover our original shipping cost shortfall.
- Outside of Australia – orders under A$300. A$15 will be deducted from the refund to cover our original shipping cost shortfall.
- Outside of Australia – order over A$300. A$35 will be deducted from the refund to cover our original shipping cost shortfall.
Upon receiving your returned products, we will inspect them. If you have returned products that are already worn, we cannot process your refund. The products will be returned to you by the most economical means of transport to the original shipping address.
